WAIVER / LIABILITY / POLICY & TERM CHANGES
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions signifies your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the version of the Terms and Conditions then in effect.

LIABILITY:
By signing our terms upon arrival or prior-to your appointment with Oh She Linked, you confirm your understanding that once your permanent jewelry is attached, it should only be removed using wire cutters. You understand that you are signing this waiver for yourself, and on the behalf of one guest, if applicable. You agree to abide by all safety protocols during the service, including wearing protective welding glasses or looking away from the weld, and remaining still throughout the process. You acknowledge that, in an emergency, the jewelry can be removed, and Oh She Linked cannot be held responsible for any injuries that may occur.

QUALITY DISCLAIMER:
Oh She Linked sources their chains from reputable companies online who claim/guarantee their chains are either .925 sterling silver or gold filled, 14k or 18k plated. Our jump rings are also 925 sterling silver or gold filled 14k plated. Although we try our best and pay more for higher quality materials, we cannot guarantee ourselves that our supplier is not misrepresenting their product. If your chain does end up tarnishing, please contact us for a resolution and be understanding of this struggle with chain suppliers! Thank you
REWELDS OR WELD FAILURES:
We offer no guarantees. If for some reason the weld does NOT hold, please contact us directly through our website or at 616-951-5636 and send us a photo of the break point, and allow us to make it right with a re-weld! Refunds will NOT be given. For re-welds, you must meet us at one of our upcoming events for assistance, we will NOT meet you one on one.

LOST CHAIN:
If your chain broke off and was NOT lost within the first 2 weeks from the date of weld, then Oh She Linked will reweld your chain at any future events. We will NOT come to meet you. If you lost your chain completely, then we will provide a 15% discount on a replacement purchase.

WE WILL REWELD OR RESIZE YOUR CHAINS ANYTIME AT OUR EVENTS EVEN IF YOU DID NOT GET YOUR CHAIN FROM US!! NO CHARGE!!

CHAIN STRENGTH:
Some chains we carry are very delicate, and some chains do stretch when pulled on. Do not intentionally pull on chains to avoid breaking or stretching of the material. Oh She Linked is not responsible to repair your jewelry if you broke it accidentally, intentionally, or if it stretched.
